When I bought my flat it was in serious need of some tlc and refurbishment and I have spent the last year breathing some new life into it. I feel it offers a modern and contemporary feel now and is ready for the new owner to just pack their bags and move straight in. The open plan lounge and kitchen is a particular favourite of mine as it allows you to chat to your friends and family whilst preparing drinks and food.
