Situation
The land is conveniently located on the outskirts of Bridgerule which lies about 5 miles between the towns of Bude and Holsworthy. Bridgerule is well served by village stores, pub, church, chapel, and primary school and the market town of Holsworthy with its weekly livestock and pannier markets provides wider range of shopping, schooling and recreational facilities. The north Cornish coastal resort of Bude offers a similar range of facilities and is just off the A39 Atlantic Highway which links to Barnstaple. The market town of Launceston is half an hours drive and again provides a range of shopping, banking and recreational facilities together with a link to A30.
