I bought this as it was nice and bright when I came to view, many 1 bedroom flats don’t benefit from as much light as this one. I wanted something that gave me easy access to one of the many stations in the area and as I drive, I wanted something that had a parking space too. This one ticked all the boxes.
Generally the property is a really good size and there is lots of storage available as well, not many of the flats that I saw came with as much inbuilt storage.
Due to leaving the country I have to sell, otherwise I would not let this property go. It has been excellent for me as a first time purchase.
