Agent’s wording:An immaculate bright and airy one bedroom flat with a shared sunny garden.

It forms part of the ground floor to this impressive Victorian villa within a quiet tree lined avenue. There is easy access to the town, either on foot or by bus, with a regular bus service going along Beaconsfield Villas itself.

The flat has been refurbished throughout with refitted kitchen and bathroom and original features include ornate cornicing and high ceilings. A spiral staircase from the kitchen leads down to the back garden.

There are a range of local shops on Preston Drove to one end, Beaconsfield Road to the other and Havelock Road in between. The boutique Preston Park Tavern and the Cleveland Pub are within easy walking distance.

Beaconsfield Villas is just a short walk from two lovely parks; Preston Park and Blakers Park, both with popular cafes.

What the Owner says:

This has been our first property together and when we first saw it, we knew it was the one for us.

The living room and bedroom feature original cornicing and the communal garden has been like having our own large garden. Only one other resident uses it and it has been perfect for summer BBQs and catching the sun. We also love the light airy feel of our home.

The location is ideal as we are within 20 minutes walking distance to all three train stations and it also has easy access to the town centre and A27/A23 making this an ideal spot for us.
