We‘ve enjoyed our time living on Mersham Road. There are great transport links; commuting into central London and also travelling down to the seaside as East Croydon is only a bus ride or 15 minutes drive away. Our location has been great for spending some evenings and weekends in Crystal Palace which is just up the hill for us, a 20 minute stroll or a few minutes drive. There are lovely shops, restaurants, pubs and Crystal Palace park for greener walks and food markets. We fell in love with how bright the rooms are and decided to use our second bedroom as an office for home working which has worked really well, although we often have a spare bed in there when we have guests visiting. Our garden has served us well as we have plenty of space for potting our plants and enjoying hosting bbqs in the sun!
