Can you believe the opinion of your favourite estate agent? Well hopefully the answer is yes and perhaps even more hopefully I am your favourite!

But should the answer be no surely not! then instead believe the words of my excellent photographer, who upon arrival at this lovely house instantly commented on the notable levels of natural light and the sense of brightness in all the rooms.
I was pleased with this, as it was also my observation when I first visited. Surely both of us cant be wrong!

There are lots of other things to note about this excellent home. Firstly is the rarity of the buying opportunity and it would, I suggest, be an ideal option for first time buyer, professional couple, downsizer or investors. At the time of writing 11th April 2024 there is only one house under £250,000 in the whole of Mickle Trafford village for sale. In addition it should be noted that there is not a single two bedroom house presently available.

This is certainly an excellent investment opportunity as Mickle Trafford is a high value and really desirable village, with a very well regarded primary school within strolling distance of the house. Indeed, the overall average sale price in the village in 2023 was £448,714.

Mickle Trafford, a well regarded village, is located circa three miles from Chester city centre. The village has a shop, post office, village hall, farm shop cafe and a very popular primary school, located just a short stroll from the subject property and rated good by OFSTED.

Nearby Chester is a thriving and historic City offering an excellent range of retail, leisure and commercial services. These include a burgeoning restaurant and caf© scene and the new Story House theatre.
