Why the owner loves the property:
The location is absolutely perfect for the local primary and to feed into either Matthew Arnold school or Bartholomew school in Eynsham. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful with beautiful and extensive walks on the doorstep. The local shop is so convenient but its also only a 2 minute drive into Botley and Oxford centre is easily accessible. I will really miss the house, I love the free flow of the space downstairs, the wide hallways and the huge garden - although I preferred sitting in it to the maintenance! I will miss our neighbours, both sides have been lovely and we've seen each other's families grow over the last 10 years. It is a fabulous home for a family or for anyone with an elderly parents who would like their own space.
