The development has a drying room with clothes driers provided, a bike shed, and a buggy mobility scooter room and there is also a minibus that goes to supermarkets and the city centre twice a week. In addition, a bus stop and a Co op are only a short walk away.

Apartment 42 is located at the end of a corridor on the ground floor, and unlike those in the middle of the block, it benefits from windows and doors on three sides, bringing in more natural light. It also benefits from an area of garden adjacent to its terrace, which although forms part of the communal gardens, is so tucked away that it has been almost exclusively enjoyed by the previous owner during the time she lived on the development.
