Agent’s wording:Central Park with its tree lined roads and quiet tranquil back drop has to be the ideal place to put your foot on the ladder and raise a family. Desirable and filled with character are just a few of the main attractions that have buyers waiting for properties that come onto the market.

Whilst there is an abundance of features externally, once behind closed doors there is ample coordinated accommodation to suit any family. The lounge area and dining area are perfect for entertaining or somewhere for the family to congregate at meal times and catch up.

Families with young children will appreciate that it can be a challenge for the little ones to go through the whole night without having to ‘go’. Well having a bathroom on the first floor will hopefully put a stop to mums and dads having to navigate stairs with little ones when they can hardly keep their eyes open!

Education is a very important thing to consider when moving, Brampton primary school is nearby with its recent outstanding Ofsted report. Now if that was not enough to grab your attention when hopefully the sound of having Europe's largest shopping centre with a short bus journey ticks an important box for you. From high end brands to familiar High Street names you can have it all, and in between you can sample one of the many delightful restaurants Westfield has to offer.

What the Owner says:

We have tried to create a lovely space for our kids to grow up in. If we could pick our home up and take it with us we surely would. We will miss our peaceful private garden where the sun shines most mornings and afternoons in the summer.

There is fantastic community feeling in the street which we will miss dearly. Commuting to work will never be so easy with buses and the DLR station within very close proximity.

Our neighbours are brilliant and will be missed as they always look out for our home when were away and vice versa
