Agent’s wording:An oasis in North Kent is what can be best described is the picturesque village of Upper Upnor. There is so much to enjoy and look forward to by living in this home.

Why not in the morning go for a stroll along the river watching the sun come up and the boats bobbing up and down in the water. In the evening relax in the conservatory or in the courtyard garden, in this quiet and peaceful setting, maybe enjoying your favourite drink.

There is so much to benefit from living here, as the current owners have spent much time, effort and money updating the property. The 18ft modern kitchen/diner is a fantastic place to entertain friends and family.

A common concern with many properties in the village is the lack of parking, so you will be pleased to know with this home there is an allocated spot for your pride and joy.

If you have some spare time in the evening or the weekend, try one of the excellent pubs that serve good food and have a friendly atmosphere.

So to summarise, for a complete lifestyle change, stunning surrounding views and the ability to move in as quickly as you want, this home is ideal for you.

What the Owner says:

We have made lots of improvements to the home since we have lived here including fitting a designer bathroom suite with a power shower , an infa-red anti-mist mirror and underfloor heating , perfect for those winter mornings.
The kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind with a induction type hob in the middle of the room so you can talk to guests whilst cooking. We also installed under floor heating , a wine chiller and all the units are solid oak with stone tops.

Once of the great advantages of this location is the excellent transport links, where you can be in London via the high speed rail link within 45 minutes and onto the motorway to London or the Kent Coast in a few minutes.
