Agent’s wording:The family have owned the land here since 1914, when it was bought by their grandfather as a safe haven for his family at the beginning of the 1st World War.

The bungalow was built by the current owner, so this really is a rare opportunity. The property sits proudly at the top of Cote Street in its own 1.063 acre plot, and gives panoramic views over the South Downs. Ideal for those who enjoy a ramble or a stroll with the dogs.

Even though you are situated seemingly in the heart of the country, the bright lights of the town are not too far away, with only a short drive to Durrington to carry out the weekly shop. For those that need to travel to work the A27 & A24 are close by. Like most families these days I expect you need parking? Well no problem with a large double garage and driveway.

So why not take time out to truly appreciate this idyllic landscape, maybe the ideal place to raise your family.

Call now to arrange your viewing.

What the Owner says:

My family have lived on this land for many years, and the bungalow was built by my father. As a family we have enjoyed many gatherings on our land and had the benefit of enjoying those stunning views onto the South Downs National Park.

We will be very sad to leave, but all our family now live in the west country and we hope to join them. We hope that the new owners enjoy the quiet life here as much as we have.
