Just bought a house in Old Farm Park, lovely area with excellent schooling, shops (24 hr Tesco or Asda just 10 mins away in the car), a Tesco Express in Old Farm Park too. 15 min drive to CMK, 10 mins to M.1 from the A421. The Stables is a walk away, as is Frosts garden centre in Wavendon. Crime is fairly low too (according to the local bobby). The area feels partly rural, yet is a short drive to many city attractions.

Lichfield Down is along a quiet road and falls in a great catchment area which makes property very popular. Property isnt on the market for long in this area and is ideal location just 10 mins away from CMK (far enough!) with easy access to the motorway. I wouldnt think twice about moving to this area... one of the best estates in MK.
