Dislike sort of generic coverage for crime stats also that insurance companies ONLY use the first three of postcode, where BN1 is seen as City Centre, yet still in BN1 subdistrict 9** is still classed as inner city & is some 4 miles from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the South Downs almost a rural estate. Another property at BN3 gives a far better insurance rating on equivilent comparisions yet is seen as LOWER in crime yet is nearer the city & is in a much higher density area.
