I live in mere and love it to bits. Mere has huge houses and my house has twenty rooms in total and the garden stretches out to the lake. I love my home and my neighbours!!

This area is a really pleasant area to live in. It is within easy walking distance of the town and local shops while being far enough away to be quiet. There are good local ammenities. Easy 5 minute drive to the motorway network.

O do not know how you arrived at the valuations for Chestnut Close, IP5 1ED but many of them are totally unrealistic. My house, No 10, is one of the two largest identical houses (no 18 is the other) is valued way below the figure for No 18 which is on a small plot whereas mine is on a plot of one third of an acre with a double drive for at least 5 off-road parking places. I have e-mailed you about this previously but no response! These erratic valuations are misleading for people visiting your website! Tony Rowland 01473 716202
