Newhaven - a much maligned town, mostly unjustified. The town centre might not be up to much anymore (barely worth visiting) but who needs it with Brighton only 9 miles away, Eastbourne 13 miles in the opposite direction and for local stuff there's always Seaford next door or Lewes just up the road.
We have two stations, one for the 'town' and one for the harbour - 'Where the Ferry goes to France!'
Not a bad place to live if you don't mind travelling for work, social activities, etc. At least the house prices are lower then Brighton (apart from Whitehawk/Moulescoomb and who wants to live there!)
