DIRECTIONS

Leave the city centre via Monkgate and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Heworth Green. Continue to the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Malton Road. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto New Lane. Continue straight, going past Portakabin and taking the fourth right hand turn onto Woodland Way. Follow the road, where Number 40 can be found on your right hand side.
