" This three bedroom detached bungalow occupies a generous plot and is available with no onward chain.

The property offers accommodation comprising an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The property benefits from double glazing and gas heating with gardens to the front and rear, off road parking and a garage.

From Evesham High Street continue in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn left onto Waterside and follow the road to a junction, bearing right onto Port Street. At a roundabout bear left onto Elm Road and then take the third left turn onto Offenham Road. Leave Evesham along this road until entering Offenham. Turn left onto Laurels Road and follow this road which becomes Main Street. Shortly after turning into Main Street the property can be found along on the left hand side located by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.
