" Lydbury North is a small village about eighteen miles north west of Ludlow and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in South Shropshire. Firbank is a particularly spacious bungalow which is tucked away off the main village street in a relatively secluded and private level garden.

All the rooms are bright, airy and well proportioned. There is a splendid spacious sitting room with attractive wood block flooring. A focal point is the Adam style fireplace housing a wood burning stove. Glazed sliding patio doors and three further windows allow in plenty of natural light. From the sitting room double doors can be opened into the separate dining room providing plenty of space for entertaining. The kitchen is again particularly spacious. There is an extensive range of fitted units and an oil fired Rayburn which also heats the hot water. There is also plenty of space for dining in the kitchen.

The main bedroom has built in double wardrobes and an ensuite shower/WC. Two further bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the fourth bedroom is currently used as a study.

There is quite extensive accommodation in the roof space. There is a splendid games room/studio/office space with two skylights allowing in natural light. At one end of this room a door leads into a further room which is presently used as a bedroom. There is also a door leading into a loft storage area.

The site on which the bungalow stands measures approximately 98' in width and 78' in depth. The gardens extend all the way around the bungalow and include well stocked flower beds. The lawn areas are interspersed with ornamental and fruit trees and there is also a productive vegetable section.
