This maisonette is located in the sought after Abbey Mills area, half a mile away from Colliers Wood underground station (for the Northern Line - Zone 3).  There are excellent transport links all round with many buses to Wimbledon and Kingston.

A short walk away is the National Trust's Morden Hall Park which provides beautiful outdoor space.  A similarly short walk in the opposite direction brings you to The Tandem Centre retail park as well as a large Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer.  All needs are catered for in a very short distance.
