" The property is a charming 2-bedroom mid terrace house located with easy access to local amenities.

On entering the property, there is a porch with an area for storage. The ground floor comprises of a lounge and kitchen. The lounge is bright and airy. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances and a view of the garden. The kitchen is large enough to include a dining table and there is an alcove that can be used for storage space.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms are decently sized and one benefits from fitted cupboards with sliding doors.There is also a fitted cupboard on the landing.

To the front of the property is a large green, with the benefit of no overlooking houses. The house comes with two off street allocated parking spaces.
