" A modern mid-terrace home offering well-planned accommodation with the benefit of a wonderful loft conversion, which is used as a fourth bedroom. Appledown Close is conveniently located in the south-eastern corner of the town, within walking distance of Sun Hill Infant and Junior Schools.

A path leads to the front door, which is protected by a storm porch. The front door opens to the entrance hall, from where stairs ascend to the first floor. The kitchen is located immediately off the hall and is furnished with a range of fitted base and wall kitchen units with wood-effect worktops. There is a window to the front. A door from the hall opens to the spacious living room, which plenty of room for sofas as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a large understairs cupboard. A window overlooks the garden and French doors open to outside.

Off the first floor landing, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a white suite and shower over the bath. The loft has been converted into a good-sized space, which is used as a fourth bedroom. There is a cloakroom with a wc and wash hand basin, Velux windows to the front and dormer windows to the rear. There is plenty of useful eaves storage on one side.

There is a lawned garden to the front of the house, with a path which leads to the frond door. French doors from the living room lead onto a delightful decked seating area, with a wooden pergola structure above. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn and stepping stones lead to the side door of the garage, which measures 22'10" by 11'8". Double doors open to a parking space and access directly to Appledown Close.

Alresford is a beautiful Georgian town known for its variety of independent shops, restaurants and inns located in stunning surroundings on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Attractions include the Watercress steam railway, schools for infant, junior and secondary education, several churches and an active and inclusive community. The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
