" If you are looking for a larger than average family home in a village location then this is the property for you. This three bedroom family home has been thoughtfully adapted over the years to suit practical family life.Positioned in a quiet residential road on the northern side of Partridge Green, this lovely family home has been much improved by the current owners. The garage was converted several years ago into a play room for the children but would work equally as well as a study/home office and is accessible from the main living room. A large conservatory was added to the rear, still leaving a good size garden for the children to play in. At the moment the conservatory is used as the family dining room and has an archway leading into the kitchen creating a more social environment. Both of these areas are accessible via the 24ft living room. On the first floor the bathroom and toilet were originally separate but were opened up into one large bathroom and a shower cubicle has been added making each morning a little bit easier. There is also off street parking at the front making life easier with those heavy shopping bags!

What the Owner says:

We decided to buy the house because we had planned to get married and live in the village. We felt the house was ideal for us as a family home & we could see the potential. We have loved living in the village and we aren’t planning on moving far. There has always been a strong sense of community spirit here. The local school Jolesfield is excellent and has just been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ in a recent Ofsted report.
