" A viewing of this extended detached bungalow is absolutely essential to appreciate the generous accommodation provided. The property has been greatly improved by the present owners and is currently arranged to take full advantage of views of the rear garden with patio doors leading out from both the sitting/dining room and the master bedroom. A storm porch opens into a welcoming entrance hall, which leads to a kitchen appointed in a range of modern units with space for a washing machine, an upright fridge/freezer and an integrated eye level oven. A door from the kitchen opens to the driveway, which runs alongside the property. The 'L' shaped sitting/dining room is a good size and leads to an inner hall where the bedrooms and a shower room can all be found. Situation
The historic coastal village of Aldwick is located to the west of Bognor Regis. Originally just a small group of cottages with records dating back to the 14th century, it has since evolved into a much sought after area to live. There is also a recreational field and children's play park as well as the delightful Marine Park Gardens. A regular bus service links the village to the nearby Bognor Regis town centre which offers a more comprehensive range of shops and facilities and a train link from Bognor Regis will terminate at London Victoria. The Cathedral city of Chichester can be found within 8 miles and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and race course within 11 miles of Aldwick.
