" The property is pleasantly situated with south easterly front aspect on Monmouth Road quite close to the Fire station and within walking distance of the Town centre providing excellent local facilities. Usk itself is an historic former Market Town famed for consistently winning Civic awards for its floral decorations and it is geographically well situated in the centre of the county with the road network placing the larger Towns of Monmouth and Cwmbran and the Cities of Newport, Cardiff and Bristol within commuting distance. The house has been extensively refurbished to include double glazed windows and modern fittings to the bathroom, cloakroom and extended kitchen which opens into a breakfast area looking over the rear garden. A wide opening links the breakfast area to the dining room which also has interconnecting doors with the lounge so that the living accommodation lends itself to use in open plan format if preferred.
