" THE PROPERTY: In our opinion this is a property that must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the size and quality of the accommodation. A modest frontage certainly belies the amount of space this home occupies over 3 floors, ie: the entrance hall opens to a split-level landing with a separate lounge and staircase leading down to a bathroom, 18' kitchen/breakfast room with a 10' conservatory overlooking a substantial rear garden. To the first floor there are, in our opinion, 2 good size bedrooms, and a double bedroom occupying the second floor. The property itself occupies approximately, a 200' plot and has the hugh advantage of rear access leading to an 18' double garage with the added bonus of views to the rear whilst the discerning buyer will be pleased to note that the property is well placed to take advantage of local schools and stores situated in the Tonbridge Road/Barming area whilst Maidstone town centre offers a comprehensive range of shopping, schooling and recreational facilities. This 1920's home also offers double glazing, central heating and further [parking and as such we have no hesitation in recommending your earliest appointment to view.
