" This Victorian style property has undergone an extensive renovation and the finished product is simply stunning inside and out. The original pine wooden flooring has been restored throughout the ground floor, the property has been thoroughly insulated improving the EPC rating dramatically, low voltage LED lighting has been installed and all internal doors have been replaced with oak veneer cottage style doors. The entrance hallway has a luxurious anthracite radiator and from here you can access the lounge, dining room and stairs up to the first floor. The lounge has a beautiful feature brick fireplace with log burner. The dining room opens through to the kitchen and there is also access from here to the stairs down to the basement. The kitchen has white fitted soft close gloss units with grey porcelain wall and floor tiles. There is integrated hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and exterior door to the garden. The large basement is light and bright with window and is carpeted.
