A traditional 1930's bay fronted semi-detached home constructed of brick elevations beneath a pitch tiled roof on a good sized garden plot. Located on Parrs Wood Road the property is ideally situated for the commuter being close to Kingsway (A34), Wilmslow Road and train stations at Mauldeth Road, Burnage (Fog Lane) and East Didsbury. The house is in need of modernisation throughout but retains many period features throughout and offers great potential to restore to a fantastic family home.
