If you are a first time buyer, an investor or anyone seeking an affordable home in a village setting, we would highly recommend that you view this attractively presented end terrace house that enjoys spectacular mountain views from many parts of the property. Over the years, the dwelling has been well cared for but would now profit from a degree of upgrading and some attention to the rear garden. The well-proportioned accommodation, which benefits from uPVC double glazing and mains gas fired central heating, includes on the ground floor an Entrance Hall, a Sizeable Sitting Room with an adjoining Snug and a Spacious Fitted Kitchen/Diner. The first floor provides a Family Size Shower Room together with 2 Double Bedrooms and a Dressing Room. The Dressing Room was originally utilised as a Bedroom, which you had to enter to get to Bedroom 2, however, it would be relatively simple to convert this room to a smaller Bedroom, in order to give both rooms independent access. You can also access the fully carpeted attic via a drop down ladder, which has plenty of storage space and benefits from electric power and light.

LOCATION The property is located in a pleasant residential setting in the village of Talysarn, which has its own primary school and public house and is well-known for a local vineyard producing a noteworthy version of a well-known French white wine.
