Introduction This detached cottage benefits from allocated parking, a garden, outbuildings and characterful accommodation comprising; living room, kitchen, utility, ground floor bathroom and two double bedrooms. Property description The front door leads into the living room which has a box window to the front and a feature fireplace with inset woodburner, plus a door leading through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with matching wall and base units, space for appliances and a door opening into the very useful utility which provides further working surface and access the the rear of the property. From the living/dining room to the other side is the ground floor bathroom which is fitted with a three piece white suite. Stairs from the kitchen rise to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms overlooking the front of the property and far reaching views. Gardens and parking The property has allocated parking opposite the property. The garden is to the side of the property and is mainly laid to lawn. Outbuildings The property has a useful outhouse measuring 3.72m x 3.23m. The workshop has power and is approximately 3.95m x 2.81m. There is a wood store with WC. Location George Road is situated just off Broad Street in the main part of Knighton (Tref y Clawdd) which is located in Mid Wales, and is a market town within the historic county boundary of Radnorshire, lying on the river Teme, with a railway station on the Heart of Wales line.
