" What do we have here? A Two bed semi with huge potential to be a fabulous home after a bit of attention. This home has a good sized kitchen diner, an integral garage, rear porch and low maintenance garden, and is competitively priced, all offered with no chain!

Location Brendjean Road is a quiet, residential cul de sac located in the centre of Morecambe just off Lancaster Road. Its convenience to the town centre amenities is a great advantage, the property also benefits from being a short distance from the local Asda. It is also located within walking distance from Lancaster Road primary school. This area is very popular with first time buyers , young families and young professionals. Not too far away you will find the main town centre where all the high street shops can be found and also the popular promenade for pleasing seaside walks. There is a bus stop less than five minutes away and the new M6 link road (once opened) is less than five minutes drive away. Why this Home? The competitively priced home is a real find.
