" ONCE A SCHOOL, NOW A POPULAR APARTMENT BLOCK IN THE SOUTH OF LANCASTER!!! The Hastings is an old building with modern apartments inside, and this one is no exception. Located on the first floor is this one bedroom apartment with a spacious lounge diner, fitted kitchen and a contemporary three piece bathroom suite. There's even partial bay views from the lounge and bedroom. The property offers easy access into Lancaster's city centre or in the opposite direction to the University and M6 Motorway. Also close to hand is a wide variety of shops and amenities.

THE LOCATION Greaves is a popular residential area only a few minutes South of the City Centre. Comprising of a wide range of properties from 1 bed apartments through to large Victorian terraces it attracts a wide range of buyers. It is particular popular with families and professionals due to the excellent schools close by and it's proximity to both the hospital and universities. There's also an excellent range of amenities on hand and regular buses travel along the A6 making it ideal for those who require public transport.
