" This imposing Victorian detached family dwelling will not fail to impress you! Vast living space in excess of 3,000 square feet with 7 Bedrooms, 4 Receptions, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, double garage, carriage driveway, extensive parking, character features and first class location, within a mile from Epsom High Street, might just whet your appetite.
The current owners immediately fell in love with this double fronted red brick property, which they describe as a “Victorian Villa”. Drawn by the many character features, from the original tiled entrance hall floor, high-ceilings, moulded cornicings and antique pine doors, through to the vast array of marble and cast-iron fireplaces. Extensive maintenance has been undertaken including the fitting of a new main roof, re-wiring, re-plumbing and a new boiler fitted circa 2009.
As their children have grown up over the years, they have swapped and changed how they live in the property to make the most of their versatile accommodation. Kitchen and bathroom facilities on the second floor provide ideal accommodation for a nanny or Au pair if required. The bathrooms and kitchen have also been replaced during their occupancy.

We've loved living in this house for a quarter of a century. It has been ideal for bringing up the children and for the family as a whole. We have enjoyed the space which has provided the freedom to hold parties and get-togethers without the problems of not having enough rooms or space for parking.
We will always remember this house fondly. One particular memory is of the children playing on the piano with the patio doors open while we relaxed with a drink in the sun!
Finally, it is so convenient. Near, but yet far enough away, to the hustle and bustle of Central London, together with beautiful countryside on the doorstep - a perfect mix.
