" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION This four bedroom semi-detached home is in the heart of the ever popular residential area of Beaumont Park and offers fantastic family accommodation.

The house occupies a good sized plot on a small road of similar properties within easy walking distance of the park and local amenities. . Externally the house has gardens to both the front and rear. There is also a driveway and garage to the front of the property.

The main entrance into the home opens into the groundfloor hallway, which has stairs rising to the first floor and doors leading to the downstairs toilet and front reception room.

The living room is a lovely light room due to the large window overlooking the front garden. A modern fireplace offers a perfect focal point for the room which is neutrally decorated and carpeted. Double doors then lead off to the dining room. The doors can remain open to create a large entertaining area or closed to offer two reception rooms.

The dining room is a good sized room which overlooks the landscaped garden to the rear and leads through to the kitchen.
