" When built in 2005, Centrium was the first development of its kind in Woking, and is still unique to this area. The concierge service provides a 24 hour service reception desk and there is also a gymnasium for residents use. Lifts rise to the 1st floor. The separate kitchen is well fitted with light wood style units and a full range of integral appliances including electric 4 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms are good doubles, the master having an en-suite shower room. There is also a full bathroom. This property benefits from an allocated parking space.
