Jubilee Lodge was constructed by Churchill Retirement Homes and was completed in 2002. All the apartments within the development are connected to an emergency care line which is staffed 24 hours per day, every day of the year. In addition there is a Residential House Manager who is on duty during the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

This apartment is approached from the ground floor however there is a lower ground floor and therefore Number 15 has a raised balcony to the rear.

There are only a few two bedroom apartments in Jubilee Lodge and therefore, they seldom come onto the open market.
