Powys House is a popular purpose built retirement development, situated in a convenient position close to Sidmouth town centre and sea front. The building is set well back from the entrance on All Saints Road, and has large attractive communal grounds laid predominantly to lawn with a south westerly aspect.


This well presented second floor apartment benefits from an excellent position within the development, with all principal rooms having a south facing aspect and sea views. From the balcony, in particular, there are stunning views over Sidmouth's town centre to the sea, with an equally impressive outlook to the east to Salcombe Hill, continuing up the Sid Valley.
