" Geering and Colyer are pleased to offer to market this two bedroom upper floor apartment in Garden House Court. Garden House Court is a wonderful development of retirement apartments. The communal areas, particularly the communal lounge, are a delight. The apartment can be accessed by either the stairs or the elevator and as you make your way down the communal hall towards the front door there is a real feeling of quality that the whole block gives. Stepping into the apartment itself and you start with a well proportioned entrance hall. There is a large built in cupboard; large enough to walk into, it's a great place for storing away coats and shoes plus household items like the vacuum cleaner. From the hall you can access the lounge/diner. This is a bright, light and airy room that features an electric fire, that creates a nice focal point in the room. French doors open into the kitchen. The kitchen features modern fitted wall and base storage units as well as integrated appliances which include an oven, electric hob, fridge and separate freezer. From the hallway there is also access to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has the same front facing aspect that the lounge does, so it is a bright space. It features fitted furniture, including a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.
