A three bedroom semi detached house which briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room to the ground floor. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there are gardens to the front a driveway to the front providing off road parking. The EPC Rating is Grade C.

Location

The property is situated on a housing estate in Thornhill which is located just off the main A595 and has good road links to the commercial areas of west Cumbria. Egremont town centre is approximately 0.5 miles away where you will find a range of shops and amenities.

Our View

Wodow Road is a three bedroom semi detached house which has the benefit of double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. Proceed along the A595 from the Whitehaven direction and proceed through Egremont heading towards Seascale where you will come into Thornhill. Take a right hand turning into the estate where you will come to Central Road and turn right at the bottom of the road and then a left turn into Wodow Road.
