" The photos look good don’t they!
This house is as good as it looks on the details, having been completely refurbished by the current owners who run their own building company. Our sellers have done a fantastic job over the last few years in bringing this ‘Art Deco’ house into the 21st century. The house is now perfectly set up for modern family life, at its heart is a superb open plan kitchen/dining room which we’d expect people to use often and allows plenty of room for cooking, entertaining or just sitting round the table with a coffee. The owner has extended into the loft and also adapted the ground floor layout to fit in a utility area as well as a playroom for the kids and no less than 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and 4 toilets meaning it’s unlikely you’ll ever be caught short!Everything is really well presented, so the lucky buyer can relax as all they’ll really need to do is move their furniture in and plug in the kettle. The position of the house is a real feature, to the front you overlook a park and the rear you look out onto a nature reserve. There's no need to worry about being 'cut off' as there are shops within a 5 minute walk and a bus service runs right by the front door. The front has been converted into off road parking and the rear garden has been made into a superb entertaining/family area with something for everyone. In addition and on the practical side there are two sheds at the rear of the garden.

What the Owner says:

We have really enjoyed our time here. We have wonderful neighbours on both sides and the community and location is superb. Overlooking the park has been fantastic and even without using the driveway we have never found parking an issue. All the work and money we've put into the house has been done to make it better for us and not necessarily with a view to selling. We hope people will agree that everything has been done to good standard.
