The Current Site
Ex Cinderhill Works
A former industrial unit which sits either side of Siddal Top
Lane, a cobbled lane that runs north to south almost centrally
through the site. To the west of Siddal Top Lane is the only
remaining building on site, a red brick structure likely to have
been originally constructed as a forge with an engine boiler house
Cinder Hill Brick Works . The remainder of the site is now cleared
of development and comprises a former quarry and open areas of
landscape. It constitutes both brownfield and greenfield land.
The site provides stunning panoramic views over Halifax
The site benefits from extensive greenbelt land outside the area
of development.
Additional Information
