We have lived in this house for nearly forty years and have enjoyed our time here. Our children were young and there are good schools nearby, which was also part of the reason we moved here.

Mitcham Common is minutes away and is a lovely place to spend time with friends and family. Public transportation has seen the largest change in the area. The improved railway and increased bus service have greatly expanded opportunities.

The property has two large double bedrooms and a smaller one for visitors, which we wanted.

Our children and grandchildren have all loved living here and regard it as their home. We are now moving to the coast but will miss our home and community very much.&quote;
