Why the owner loves the property:
We really enjoyed our many years on Sunnyside Road and will always look fondly on our time spend growing up in the characterful terraced house we were fortunate to have as our home. As we've grown so has the house along with us with new features such as the recent additional of a cosy underfloor heated upstairs bathroom, and the long-loved and well-used spacious loft conversion. We are currently neighboured by two lovely households with young couples and families beside us, and many other decade-long friendships we've made with other houses along the street - there is a warm local community and Sunnyside has always been a very inviting and friendly place to us. We've also really enjoyed having a long and vibrant garden with a spacious patio which has always served parties and friendly get togethers well; plus the street-to-garden access has made gardening much easier without having to go through the house itself. We will also miss the exclusive resident parking not on offer to the majority of Chesham, and the very short distanced wander to get to the high-street, the enormous Lowndes Park, and the easy Metropolitan Line underground service into London.
