" A three bedroom detached bungalow in good order, in this most popular village location on the outskirts of Marlborough. The accommodation comprises of Hall, Kitchen, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Bathroom, Bedroon One, Bedroom Two, Bedroom Three. Gas fired central heating. Double glazing. Off road parking for 3+ cars. Garage. St Johns school catchment. Marlborough Circa 1.5 miles.

MANTON Manton Village is located on the west side of Marlborough, a market town with many facilities. The heart of the village lies adjacent to the water meadows of the River Kennet. It has a public house, one of the most sought after primary and pre-schools in the area and falls within the parish of St. Georges Preshute. The Marlborough Downs are criss-crossed with gallops such is the number of racing stables in the area, one of which is run from Manton House. Junction 15 of the M4 motorway is about 11 miles to the north and there is a railway station at Pewsey which is about 7 miles to the south to London Paddington, approx. 1 hour. THE PROPERTY Entering the property through the front door opening into the hall, from which all of the rooms in the property are accessed. First on the right into the Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, panel bath with shower over and window to the side. The next door on the right opens into the kitchen with a range of wall and base units, inset stainless steel sink, spaces for cooker, fridge and dishwasher and a door opening into the rear garden. The sitting room is the next room we enter, with a window overlooking the rear garden, gas fire and glazed double doors opening into the dining room. The dining room can accommodate a 6 seater table with ease and has built in cupboards and a door back in to the hall way. CONTINUED Now back in the hallway the bedroom accommodation can be found on the right hand side. Bedroom one is a good size, with a window to the front aspect, built in cupboards.
